Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before accessing or using NeoStaging.pro (the "Service"). By accessing or using any part of the Service you ("User," "you" or "your") agree to be legally bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to all of the Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
"NeoStaging," "we," "us," and "our" mean the operator(s) of the Service, together with all parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, successors, and assigns.
"Content" means all text, graphics, data, software, audio, video, information, and other materials available on or through the Service.
"User Contribution" means any Content that a User submits, posts, publishes, displays, or otherwise makes available on or through the Service (including uploaded property photos and resulting staged images).
We may revise these Terms—and may change, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service—at any time in our sole discretion. If we make material changes, we will post the revised Terms and provide at least thirty (30) days' notice before they take effect. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
You represent that you (a) are at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts; (b) have not been previously suspended or removed from the Service; and (c) will comply with all applicable laws, regulations, and third‑party terms when using the Service.
The Service and all Content (except User Contributions) are owned by NeoStaging or its licensors and are protected by intellectual‑property laws.
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non‑exclusive, non‑transferable, revocable license to access and use the Service for your internal business purposes. No other rights are granted.
NeoStaging.pro and related marks are our proprietary trademarks. You may not use any trademarks without our prior written consent.
You retain ownership of, and are solely responsible for, your User Contributions.
By submitting any User Contribution, you grant us a worldwide, royalty‑free, perpetual, irrevocable, sublicensable, transferable license to use, host, store, reproduce, modify, create derivative works from, publish, display, and distribute that User Contribution in connection with operating and improving the Service.
You will not upload, post, or transmit any Content that: (a) infringes any third‑party right; (b) is unlawful, defamatory, obscene, harassing, or otherwise objectionable; (c) violates any applicable regulations; or (d) contains viruses or other harmful code.
You agree not to:
NeoStaging uses artificial intelligence to generate virtual staging of property photos. You acknowledge that AI-generated content may occasionally produce unexpected or imperfect results.
You are responsible for reviewing all AI-generated staged images before using them in your marketing materials. You must ensure that staged images accurately represent the property and comply with all applicable advertising standards and real estate regulations.
While we strive to provide high-quality virtual staging, we make no guarantees about the aesthetic quality, photorealism, or commercial effectiveness of AI-generated images. Results may vary based on input photo quality, lighting conditions, and other factors.
Prices for subscriptions or individual staging transactions are as listed on the Service and are subject to change at any time before purchase.
Payments are processed by third‑party payment providers. We are not responsible for their acts or omissions.
First‑time subscribers may request a full refund within seven (7) calendar days of the initial subscription payment by emailing contact@neostaging.pro. Refunds are limited to one per customer and will be issued to the original payment method. After the 7‑day period, all sales are final and non‑refundable.
We may modify, suspend, or terminate the Service—or your access to it—at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including if we believe you have violated these Terms. Upon termination, your license to use the Service will automatically terminate, but Sections 4, 5, 7, 10–16 will survive.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available." To the maximum extent permitted by law, NeoStaging disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non‑infringement, and results. Without limiting the foregoing, we make no warranty that:
To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will NeoStaging, its affiliates, licensors, or service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or cost of substitute services, arising out of or in connection with the Service or these Terms—even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total cumulative liability for any claims relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us, if any, for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the event giving rise to liability.
You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless NeoStaging and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or relating to (a) your use of the Service; (b) your User Contributions; (c) your violation of these Terms or any laws; or (d) your use of AI-generated staged images in your marketing or business activities.
These Terms and any dispute arising from or related to them will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable in our principal place of business, without regard to its conflict‑of‑law principles. The courts located in that jurisdiction will have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes not subject to arbitration.
Before commencing formal proceedings, you agree to first contact us at contact@neostaging.pro and attempt to resolve the dispute informally for at least thirty (30) days.
If we cannot resolve the dispute informally, any controversy or claim arising out of or relating to the Service or these Terms shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by a recognized arbitration provider, under its rules then in effect. The arbitration will be conducted in English by a single arbitrator.
You may only resolve disputes with us on an individual basis, and may not bring a claim as a plaintiff or class member in any purported class or representative proceeding.
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permissible and the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of that term or any other term.
These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and NeoStaging regarding the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings. The headings are for convenience only and have no legal effect.
